The Stallion’s Stable of Thoughts and Experiences

The car is 1993 6.2 diesel engine. I looked for one for a long time, and the ones that are here in Kuwait are in a really bad shape (and I don¢t mean only rusty paint and interior from sitting out in the sun for 10 years), I mean engine and gear boxes as well.. But this one is clean as a slate.. after inspecting it, the car was almost in perfect stock condition, it was barely used, and fully serviced. So I took it, and with a car in that great shape, I was willing to pay the extra bucks, and get a really clean machine to start my project with.. You can say it¢s sorta like pimp my ride project, only I am doing all the work my self.. It was hell.. cos it isn¢t easy to find one place to do everything in, when I wanted to install the LED lights I had to go to one place, when I wanted to install the fans for the A/C, I had to go to another, when I wanted to service the gear, another place, to change the oil of the car yet another place, install the system is one other place, make the boxes for the speakers I needed to go to another place, painting is another place.. you get the idea.. most places are over whelmed when I park the massive stuck in front of their shop, some even refuse to work on the car, like the interior job, I had to find a hook up to make them work on it, cos everywhere I go, they say it will take too much time, and they don¢t have that much time to spend on one car, so all those places I had to pay them more so they can actually do it for me.. It was not only paying for the car, but I spent equivalent amount of money on pimping my H1 ride to what you see on the cardomain website ..

Car price: 8,500 KD
Interior work: 2,000 KD (for real leather and black suede, and the wood dash kit)
System plus gadgets: 1,500 KD
Paint: 1,500 KD
Exterior work: 3,000 KD

This Ride cost me: 16,500 KD

Hummer has stopped production, and this car is gonna keep rising in value with time, it will be collectible soon.. but I am not greedy.. what I would ask for is 14,500 KD plus shipping.. it has been used for three months on the road (one month I have been traveling, so it¢s more like couple of months of use).. but not really more than that.. ( 5500 KD financed, and I need 9000 KD over) or better offer of course

Believe me, if you are a Hummer H1 fan, and want people to drop their jaw looking at you on the road, this is your car, It¢s ranking high (Hummer H1) on the American site cardomain.com.. there are few H1s left in the world, bad shape, and in need of allot of work to look like a head turner.. if you are going to make one from scratch, well.. good luck with all the money and time running around to fix it.

I will include four wheels and five tires with no extra charge, so you have a set in case you needed to change them.. And I need to add that I have a brand new 2 inch lift kit waiting in my garage to install on the car, and fender flares if you decided to change the tires to bigger size like 40 inch instead of the 37 stock on it.. all of this with no extra charge..
