  I agree .DHL used to deliver goods for our company some years ago, and the employees always complained about how the company made them do extra hours [ 12 hours , sometimes 14 hours ] and not pay the OT .

  “GreY” : My goods have arrived in Kuwait on the 14th and I have yet to receive them! Yesterday they guaranteed me that they will deliver the package this morning! Today they inform me, after multiple phone calls, that they lost the package!

  I agree! They lost my package and kept lying about it. I had to email DHL global twice (which I didn’t get a reply yet), called every single manager and didn’t get my package until I called Mat Daniel the GM of Kuwait office himself. I got the package the next day. I can pass you his num.

  Shopa : That battle has been won but the war is not over yet! Turns out that the shipment wasn’t complete! There is still something missing!
