New Tires!
Yesterday was a fun day but I admit I was tortured towards the end! Two friends and I decided that we were going to get new tires for our vehicles! We all got new tires and alignment work done! I wanted to get large tires for my Land Cruiser but unfortunately they didn’t have the size I wanted! To be on the safe side, I ended up keeping the factory size tires and had 6 new Toyo Open Country tires put on! After getting the tires done I drove it to the alignment machine and everything was ok until the mechanic decided to check the tie rods! The were a tad loose so I decided to get them fixed! Now my cruiser is running smoothly and I’m enjoying the new tires.
As for being tortured, well since it was Ramadan I couldn’t drink anything! I usually don’t have anything to eat before the Fajr prayer, but since I was awake watching Prison Break I felt hungry so I had a sandwich! Most people would say eating at this time would be good for a person who will be fasting! I say that it’s not good for me! Eating at that time only made me hungry the whole day! The whole time I was at the garage (11AM to 3:30PM), my stomach was making noises and all I wanted was some ice cold water and another sandwich but I managed to keep fasting
Thank yous go out to the staff at Al-Mailem Tire Center in Shwaikh for the great service!

Lol! Thats where I got my tires as well, they are much better then the Bridgestones! You will enoy them, the problem that annoys me is that there is no variety of items for us to choose from.
I wanted the BF Goodrich All Terrains K/O they are fantastic tireds!

Marzouq : My main concern was tire size but they didn’t have what I was looking for! You went to their new complex while I decided to go to the old one! They had mean looking set of 33″ Hankook tires (DynaPro M/T) but they were for 15″ rims and mine were 16″!
Blue Dress : It’s the opposite of a chimney! The pipe brings air into the air filter!
Chikapappi : My rig needs more work!
I have a few more things to do with it and hopefully soon!
