Medical Issues
Yesterday was a messed up day for me, and that’s a fact! I had a dentist appointment and those of you who know me know that I have installed braces this year and I take good care of them. My initial doctor said that my teeth were fine and that I didn’t have to extract any teeth what so ever. Due to some issues between the management and the dentist, the dentist left and is now practicing at a different clinic. My first appointment with the new orthodontist was yesterday and he informs me that he has to extract 4 of my teeth in order to continue with the treatment in proper manner. Today I will be visiting a different doctor to get another opinion. Below you will find the x-ray and you can see the difference in my teeth! The x-ray on the left was the one from last night while the one on the right was taken in February.
Another medical issue hit me last night right before I was going to attend the family dinner! I had an asthma attack! The attack wasn’t severe but sure did hurt. I took my meds and ended up passing out! Woke up this morning and my chest still hurts but my breathing is better. I’m not coughing up a lung and the wheezing sounds disappeared. This is another reason why I should go to the doctor.
Growing up can suck sometimes!

do you smoke?

From the looks of it the two X rays appear differently, possibly, because of varying exposure times. But again, I am no expert on this. I second what you are thinking about private dental care in Kuwait - it is daylight highway robbery and that’s only putting it mildly.
If you’re an asthmatic and are taking all your meds religiously then you could give “Pranayam” - a form of Yoga, a try to gradually wean yourself off meds completely. But first you need to find check with your allopath and go find yourself a good Yoga teacher which may in itself, prove difficult in Kuwait.
Salamatak!

Pearls : Honestly I smoke sheesha once a week but don’t touch cigarettes! I haven’t done any sheesha sessions since the attack!
Bob - Did You See My Lung : Welcome to my blog and thanks for the comment! I do not have meds to take anymore! I have my inhaler now which I should only use when necessary! As for yoga, I wouldn’t mind trying it out but I have no clue where it is offered and how good the instructors are!
