Being Sick Sucks!

I’m stuck at home with a headache cause by a fever! I move slowly and feel weak! Sometimes when I move my eyes it kinda hurts! Does anyone know what could have caused this? Any doctors out there who can hint on something! I had other symptoms but they are going away slowly! To my visit to the doctor yesterday I was given some sort of anti-biotic pills as well as an injection! I’ve had this fever and the headache that followed it for the last 2 days!

1) I hope u feel well very soon enshallah.
2) two days is nothing! I’ve been sick with the fever and mola7aqatah for 8 days now, I am still not feeling very well.
3) it’s a very strong virus that lasts for a whole week in the body. It’s all due to the bad weather.
4) Don’t take the anti-biotics, they will make u feel worse bs! U might want to check my previouse post to check on medications I’ve been taking.

Sucks BIG TIME, I’m home sick too i have been sick for two weeks now! first i had a slight flew then went on a plane so my ears were a mess! it felt like water in them, then after two days i was diagnosed with mid-ear infection! 5 days anti-bio and still it didnt fade and it went down to my nose!
now 3 days with the new medication, ears better but i have a blocked nose and today cough!
headache is a thing you will not miss
LOL i have it most of the time, mine is on the forehead mostly, however fever does cause headache, allah y3enk 
i feel you! i almost lost interest in everything i am so sick of being sick, tomorrow might go to this dr. in international clinic they said he is good for ear,nose and throat.

Sounds like something Sinus related.
My eyes usually do that when something sits on the top of my nose between my eyes and it feels like they gonna pop out when I move them.
Hope the anti-biotics work!

Cat : Welcome to my blog! I have been feeling symptoms for a week now but the last 3 days were the worst! I read your post and the pills I was given were unlike the ones you have! The ones I have to take are only for 7 days! Inshallah I will feel better!
Q80-ChillGirl : Welcome to my blog! Everything started off with the feeling of hot air or water coming out of my ears, but then that stopped! After that was the problem of going to the bathroom after meals, but that left and now is back! Then the fever and the headache! I hope we both get well soon!

I have the bathroom after meals thing too!!!! now its less, inshallah we do soon, it is exhausting and i feel like a net-a-holic, i have been online since morning, doing mostly nothing except for some comments, cant write a post, i cant almost do anything, i dont even think i make sense now.

you know whats my problem, i dont accept sickness so i was wandering around the house all the time, taking my laptop from the room, to the living room and i felt like a moving infection spreading sickness around, luckily no one caught anything yet but if they do i will act innocent. I have to be really really really sick to stay under the blanket, if i have the slightest ability to walk

Q80-ChillGirl : Non stop MBC Action then a moive, after the movie I decided to check out another one but due to censorship I stopped watching it and went back to tv! As for moving around, I couldn’t do that earlier! I was too weak to do so an if I wasn’t careful I would stumble or lose my balance! I prefer to stay under the blanket and sweat the sickness out!

still i have an infection in my ear, appointment this Saturday, watched the last samurai, got very emotional at the end, i am amazed by their honor concept and dignity the Japanese culture is an amazing one.

What are/were your other symptoms?
The fever is an indication that you have an infection (either bacterial or viral). I suppose the doctors think its bacterial so they gave you antibiotics. The thing is antibiotics take at least a couple of days to kick in. The injection was probably an antipyretic (something to lower your fever).
Based on your symptoms, it sounds like a generic infection. Everybody gets sick every now and then, don’t panic.
As your body fights of your infection your going to feel like crap that’s just the way it is. Headache, fever, and fatigue are not especially worrying symptoms. I honestly think you may just have the flu (the antibiotics were probably unnecessary).
You may feel tired for a while even after the rest of your symptoms have gone, its normal.
My suggestion is drink plenty of fluids and for the persistent headache: If panadol isn’t doing the trick try some ibuprofen or naproxen. If those do nothing for you get a girl friend to give you some feminax.
More importantly: Buck up! If a simple case of the flu (or even a nasty flu) has you freaking out you’d better go live in a bubble because you ain’t seen nothing yet.

Prophet :Welcome to my blog. My symptoms were as follows, my ears had the feeling of hot air water (but that happens often over the years), diareah, fever, headache, eye balls hurt when I look around, joints hurt, Stomach pains (sometimes when I took a deep breathe), fatigue and the shivers!
After the injection and the pills, the only symptoms left, as of today, is what I would say a middle ear infection. The pain was bad last night but after a penadol extra it has reduced!
