Driving After The Storm
Most, if not all of you, know that a freak incident occurred in Kuwait last Friday (April 11, 2008) when a storm landed and caused major damage! I have had my share of experiences that night but I will refrain from talking about them, but I will share this video that I put together. Two of my friends and I went for a little ride after the storm and while I was driving one of them took a few video clips. Here are a few of them put together in a short video.

For some reason, this reminds me of Cloverfield.

Great footage, lucky you have a high-up car, and LOL drugged-out old Jim Morrison keeping you mellow on the drive

Intlxpatr : My friend who was filming did a good job! As for my car it sure was high up and the song title was appropriate!
Nibaq : The video footage was great but the camera man had problems taking stills!

Marzouq : It’s “Riders of the Storm” by Jim Morrison from The Doors! Would have been nice if you were with us in your Land Cruiser!

The first part of the video, the scenery was kinda beautiful with the light/water reflections, but the 2nd part was like a war aftermath. Nice vid regardless

It hardly was a storm… Pathetic little thing it was… I loved it though… it inspired a good piece of writing for me

Disturbed Stranger : Welcome to my blag! As for the storm sure was powerful enough to cause solid structures to fly away or fall over! I guess it all depends where you were! People in norther Kuwait and those in southern Kuwait didn’t feel a thing!
